Butterfly 73 is a complete nightclub booking and venue management platform built for an upscale venue in Northbridge, Perth. The system handles everything from patron-facing event discovery and VIP table reservations through to back-of-house operations — booking management, door operations, customer intelligence, and revenue analytics. Three themed weekly events (Mi Casa Latin Thursdays, Butter // Fly Hip-hop Fridays, and Sanctuary Saturdays) each have their own branding, DJ lineups, and atmosphere, all powered by a dark, cinematic interface with video backgrounds and spotlight animations.
The Venue
Butterfly 73 is located at 73 Francis Street in Northbridge, Perth's entertainment precinct. Operating Wednesday through Saturday, the venue runs from 7 PM to 2 AM on weeknights and 8 PM to 2 AM on weekends. Under its Tavern Licence, the venue delivers three completely distinct weekly experiences under one roof — each with its own music, atmosphere, and crowd.
The Booking Experience
The multi-step booking wizard guides patrons through schedule selection, bottle menu browsing (28+ premium spirits and champagnes with real-time stock levels), package options, and secure Stripe payment — all wrapped in a dark, luxurious aesthetic that mirrors the venue's brand. Patrons can also sign up for free guestlist entry or book custom birthday packages with dedicated table assignments.
Venue Operations
The admin dashboard gives venue managers and staff full operational control. Tonight's view shows a real-time summary with guest count and revenue projections. The booking system supports date-range filtering (Tonight, This Weekend, Next 7 Days, This Month), status management, and QR code check-in scanning at the door. A live door tally tracks walk-ins, and the customer database includes VIP tagging, spending history, and booking records. Staff referral tracking and full data export round out the operations suite.
